In any interview young people are in competition with others as equally academically qualified and this can feel daunting. How do they make the most of their short time in interview to show their personal skill set, genuine personality and ability to communicate confidently when the pressure is on? Using Standing Tall’s unique approach, we guide students through the practical and emotional elements of presenting at an interview; covering preparation, application and results. Students will also learn how to manage stress, maintain confidence and stay genuine as they gain understanding of the essential human dynamics of the interview process and learn how be in control of the ‘feeling’ in the room.
